So you wish to hear the tale of
the little guy? You want to know who he/she/it actually is, right? Well, it's
simple! It all started one day when the great (and gorgeous, if I may add)
scientist, Ryou Shirogane, decided to create a little robot buddy. Of course,
this little guy wasn't for no purpose at all. He was to help in what was the
most important project that would save all of mankind and animal-kind and
plant-kind and every other kind.
That was when the little pink fluffball-shaped robot was created. Ryou decided
to name it R2000. Reason for this is unknown. R probably stands for robot and
the year is either when it was made or because Ryou liked the number. Either
way, it was easy to tell that Ryou had no creativity skills and couldn't come
up with a decent name for the little guy.
Later, the Mew Project was finally completed. A project that used the DNA of
endangered animals that was injected into five different girls who would save
the world from the aliens (isn't that such a creative plot?). It was then that
Ryou decided to hand R2000 over to Ichigo, the leader of the mews.
Ichigo, like us, noticed Ryou's awful creativity skills and decided to rename
the little guy. She came up with Masha, which the fluff-ball really took a
liking to the name. And that was decided.
Masha was a great help during the grand battle against the aliens. It helped
the girls stay in contact with Ryou and Keiichiro, as well as helped them
located the Mew Aquas which was an important item in restoring the Earth. I'd
say that Masha was the real hero of Tokyo Mew Mew. All the girls did was shout
out a few attacks and such, while Masha did all the work!
But anyway! ::cough:: Masha is really a great character and is very important
in the storyline. Tokyo Mew Mew was later dubbed by the (evil) 4kids people
and was renamed to Mini-Mew, which is probably less creative than R2000. And
that is the story behind everyone's favorite little robot, Masha!

1. You must *obviously* be a fan of Masha and/or Tokyo Mew
Mew, because if not, then you're just wasting your time, wandering around this
fanlisting for no real reason at all.
2. Make sure you have a
valid email address before joining. You may hide your email address away from
the world, but make sure you have one and it works, okay?
3. You do not have to own a site, but if you have one, make sure it
works and I can easily spot a link back to here, okie dokie, my buddy?
4. Use a nice name when joining. It doesn't have to be your real
name, but a nickname can be nice too. Just don't join as ryourocks2 or
MeWmEwl0ve or something totally random like that.
5. If you don't like Masha, it's fine. Just don't email me,
saying, "MASHA'S A LOSER! AND SO ARE YOU! BWAHAH!". Okies? Respect everyone
else's love for Masha.
6. Put your
country when you join. If you live in Canada, put Canada and not Jamaica,
okies?
